Rehearsly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Rehearsly stores what it needs to schedule rehearsals and nothing more. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and there are no analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

Who is responsible

Rehearsly is operated by Vadim Fertik, an individual developer based in Israel. For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@rehearsly.me.

About calendar import

If you turn on calendar import, Rehearsly reads the calendars you select and sends us only the time span of each event — when it starts and when it ends. Event titles, notes, locations and participants are read on your device and never leave it. What reaches our server is “busy from 14:00 to 15:30”, not “Dentist”.

Other members of your projects see the same thing you sent us: that you are unavailable in that period, with no further detail.

Import is off by default. You can disable it at any time in Profile → Calendar Sync, and “Clear imported” removes everything that was brought in this way.

What we deliberately do not collect

Payments

Rehearsly is currently free and the app contains no purchases. Should paid plans be introduced, card details would be entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach our servers; we would store only the fact of a payment, its amount and its status.

Who else processes your data

We rely on a small number of providers, each only for what it does:

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Your data lives for as long as your account does. Delete the account and everything tied to it — availability, imported calendar events, push tokens, project memberships — is removed along with it. Projects where you were the only administrator are deleted too, which the app warns you about before it proceeds.

Your rights

Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never recoverable, by us or anyone else. Sessions can be revoked, and signing out or changing your password invalidates every existing session. Access to project data is checked on the server for every request.

Children

Rehearsly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app.
